Dojima Sake Brewery is the first of its kind to be built in the UK and is set in the stunning grounds of the historic Fordham Abbey estate.

This beautiful location combines a rich sake brewing heritage from Japan, with the history of Fordham Abbey and world-class sake. Our sake is brewed and fermented from top grade rice imported from Japan and the excellent water from the estate. Sake brewery tours are available by appointment.
