We offer hearty British food from our bar menu all day, alongside reservations for our dining menu at lunch and dinner. A large garden allows us to have unreserved tables available on a first-come-first-served basis at the front of the pub, while the south-facing beer garden is a great space to enjoy drinks from the bar, with a stunning view across Cambridgeshire. We're especially happy, and able, to do ‘off the menu food’ for vegans, vegetarians, gluten-intolerant people and have much experience with other dietary restrictions. Call ahead if you can or we'll come up with several options on the spot if you can't. Less than ten minutes from Newmarket, The Red Lion is situated at the very west end of the village and is the last building on the left on the way to Six Mile Bottom.
