In East Cambs you’ll find a network of signed paths and routes for walking, cycling, wheeling and exploring outdoors.
There are routes for everyone from a short stroll around landscaped gardens to wildlife trails taking you across the uncluttered landscape of the Cambridgeshire Fens.
Trails and routes
From weekend walks taking in tea rooms, beauty spots and historical landmarks, to long-distance bike rides, there are lots of ready-made routes including the impressive 8.2-mile route on the National Cycle Network from Ely to Wicken Fen alongside the River Great Ouse.
There are even some fabulous dog-walking trails, like this one in Lode. Or you could plan your own unique route using our interactive map which will also show you dog-friendly places to stop for refreshments and if they have bike racks.
